Let me tell you a story… 

What do you do when you sit down in an airplane? 

Do you say hi to the person next to you? 

Do you look straight ahead, put on your speakers and pretend like the people around you don’t exist? (I will admit this is me when I’m super tired). 

On this particular day for some reason, I didn’t get my headphones out and when the woman next to me (we will call her Mary but I have changed her name to honor confidentiality) started a conversation, I felt intuitively like I needed to talk to her. 

As she and I got to talking, she started sharing her story and struggles with me. (This often happens...people I hardly know just start telling me really personal stuff...I guess they sense I am here to hear them out).

After speaking for hours, she told me she felt like I had been placed in her life for a reason she HAD to work with me. 

I don’t often get into the logistics of investment etc. with someone unless we are having an official Deep Dive call but she was so enthusiastic that I told her the details and what the investment was. When I told her the commitment, she didn’t even bat an eyelash.  

Despite the substantial investment of time and resources it usually is to work with me one on one, she was IN!

Her heartaches were very real and wreaking havoc on her life. She was struggling from the pain of a recent separation. Her partner had been unfaithful, blamed it on her, and on top of all of that had belittled her. The worst part... 

She believed him! 

She told me later that she was initially startled by the investment and felt some serious pangs of fear and hesitation…

She wasn’t sure if her healing was worth it... 

But she knew in her heart she had to find a way to make it work.

She told me later what she realized… 

The greatest investment wasn’t in me or the coaching program, but in herself. 

She chose me to be her guide for that I am grateful, 

But what was powerful about her choice was that she chose herself in that moment.  

For the first time ever, she made her needs and and her healing her priority. 

And you know what, because she did that, she made damn sure she was going to get the absolute most out of what she was putting in.  She truly showed up for her program! 

She showed up consistently.

She had a beginner’s mind.

She did the work. 

She stepped out of her comfort zone.

She gave her all with an open heart and mind. 

Now… six months later (Her words) She is “Thriving in ways I could never have imagined.  I have found my inner Goddess and I know what I deserve! I am happy on my own and totally open for my soul mate to show up.”
